• The above rates are valid only for rooms occupied by a minimum of 2 guests.
• Single room supplement: €15.00 per person, per night.

EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS

Guests booking their accommodation through the official reservation service will enjoy:

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:

• Tourist tax (payable directly at the hotel by guests aged 14 and over);
• Personal extras (snacks, drinks, coffee, etc.);
• Parking (where available);
• Baby cot and meals for children aged 0–2 years;
• Pet supplements;
• Any security deposit required by the hotel (refundable at check-out, subject to no damages being reported).

HOTEL ALLOCATION

Teams and clubs will be accommodated in selected 2-star and 3-star hotels located in the Rimini area (max 10/11 km far from Stadio Italo Nicoletti – Riccione)
The name of the assigned hotel will be communicated within 3 days prior to arrival, provided that full payment of the accommodation balance has been received.

HOW TO BOOK

Complete the booking form below with all required information by 3 July 2026.
You will receive an automatic email confirming your reservation request.
Download and complete the Rooming List clicking here and send it by email to prenotazioni@b2event.it. à inserire allegato rooming list
You will receive a statement showing the required 50% deposit, which must be paid within 48 hours.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 July 2026.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS, ALLERGIES & COELIAC DISEASE

Please indicate any food intolerances, allergies, or dietary requirements in the Notes section of the Rooming List.
Please note that affiliated hotels are not AIC-certified and therefore cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination.
Guests with coeliac disease are welcome. Individual hotels may require guests to bring their own gluten-free products supplied by their local health authority or may apply a supplement for gluten-free meals, payable directly on site.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Rooming List amendments are permitted until 3 July 2026.
From 4 July 2026 onwards, any modification request will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
For cancellations received from 4 July 2026 onwards, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
In the event of a complete team withdrawal, all amounts paid will be retained and no refund will be issued.
