Package Details
Rates are per package for 2, 3, or 4 nights per person with bed and breakfast (B&B) and half board.
All accommodations will provide a hearty breakfast. As for dinner, some establishments will have their kitchens closed, and dinner can be arranged at restaurants affiliated with the hotels.
In addition to the listed services, the package includes:
- Assistance from our staff throughout the duration of the event.
- Service and hotel VAT.
City tax is not included. The tourist tax, to be paid directly at the hotel, is €2.00 per person per night for 3-star hotels and €3.00 per person per night for 4-star hotels, excluding children up to and including 13 years old.
QUOTES UPON REQUEST FOR: 5 or 6-night stays.
Hotel Booking
Federations/teams will be accommodated in hotels located in the Municipality of Rimini. All hotels will be situated along the promenade, and it will be easy to reach RDS by bus.
The assigned hotel name will be communicated within 7 days from the arrival date, upon receipt of the balance payment for the stay. Any last-minute changes must be arranged at our offices upon arrival in Rimini.
Booking Procedure
The hotel reservation must be made by August 31, 2023, by submitting the completed form in its entirety along with a deposit payment equal to 30% of the total amount.
Detailed rooming lists must be sent by September 15, 2023.

Please specify the event name, Federation/team name, and category in the payment description. A copy of the payment receipt must be sent via email to prenotazioni@b2event.it along with the submission of this form.
Balance Payment
The balance payment must be made in advance via bank transfer to DIGITAL PROMOTER using the above-mentioned IBAN upon receipt of the summary statement, which will be sent with 18 September 2023.
Cancellations, Changes, and Cancellation Penalties
Federations/teams can make changes to reservations up to 18 September 2023.
After that deadline, Federations commit to paying the full amount for any missing person. Renouncing participation in the event will result in the loss of all amounts paid.
